HomeHealing & Letting GoHow to Heal & Release Old Pain & Wounds

 If the New Moon in Scorpio on November 18 (really the whole weekend) kicked your ass, congratulations! That means that you at least began processing some old stuff that is ready to move on our of your life.   If you are still getting your ass kicked, you may still be in the birth canal with this change process and your energy field is still processing something that wants to shift.

I want to share a little bit about my experience of getting my ass thoroughly kicked during Scorpio Season because I have literally emerged into a Brand New World and Reality beginning on Monday, November 20th.  What allowed me to take advantage of the Power and Alchemy of Scorpio season were two main things:

I.               Trust n the Process – Surrender to It rather than Fight it;

II.             Call on your Spiritual Allies for Assistance

There is a reason and a purpose behind the Scorpio Season that has ruled most of November – it brings change, transformation, death and rebirth.  The trick is that there is no guarantee that you will get all the way through the change process because you actually do need to participate!  You do not want the process to be incomplete because then you are dealing with stuck energy.  On my YouTube Channel and Instagram page I have compiled various resources for supporting your process of releasing that which is begging to be released so that you can create and write a new story for your life.

So often we feel something inside calling us, wanting our attention but sometimes we don’t know how to respond.  Many times that thing is our deepest wound.  Our deepest wound CAN HEAL when given our full presence and attention.  It can shift and open you up to an entirely new world but truly it requires courage to face something that you may have managed to avoid your whole life.

For many of us, we have a fear that if we turn and face our deepest wound we may be swallowed by the pain so we build up all kinds of defenses and distractions.  That fear can literally create a sense of fear for our survival if we feel that we are getting too close to making contact with our deepest pain.

 Though it sounds so counterproductive when you think about it from a rational perspective it serves an unconscious purpose and allows you to survive emotionally until you are ready to face it!   I encourage you to tap into the courage, wisdom and faith that you have in your heart and call on support when needed!
